jerawat oh jerawat

adui..ade jerawat dalam idung..penah tak kene mcm nie? sakit2..
nak pegang sakit..ingatkan ape la ade bijik dlm idung nie..ahahahaha...
rupenye jerawat..aduhh...
mase mude2 remaje dulu mmg byk jerawat..
pastu mase keje, ade duit sendiri pegi la menyahkan jerawat jumpe doktor pakar kulit..
cantek je kulit mase tue..pastu stop amik medication 1year before kawen, takde dah tumbuh jerawat smpi la after melahir..lame kan? 
skang2 nie, jerawat dah kembali menyerang..kat dahi..pipi..bawah dagu..
oh jerawat..pegila kau jauh2..jgn la serang lagi..
aku tak boleh nak start medication balek sebab tgh breastfeed..uhuhuhuh...


so, tadi carik2 pasal jerawat, jumpe 1 artikel nie..::info jerawat::


Location: Forehead

Suggestion: Don't sit for too long; stretch your body often.

uhuhuuh..dah berliter2 dah minum air..(ade kene mengena tak?) tp takpe la minum air banyak bagus untuk kesihatan..harap2 cepat la baek jerawat dlm idung nie..sakit la nak bernapas..
